With a UI/UX background, he’s strong at turning ambiguous problems into clear product strategy, aligning teams around priorities, and shipping experiences that feel simple, premium, and trustworthy. He pairs user empathy with decisive execution: setting vision, driving narrative, and building momentum across recruiting, partnerships, and fundraising.
Kexin Wei, CTO
Software Development, AI/ML
Kexin brings deep technical rigor and a practical CTO mindset. He designs scalable AI and engineering architectures with an emphasis on reliability, evaluation, and performance, and he’s fluent in turning prototypes into production-grade systems. He’s strongest where investors care most: building defensible infrastructure, making the right technical tradeoffs early, and leading engineering execution with speed and discipline.
